Yes, they are shaky but some parts in here are definitely either pre-recorded or edited because that's just humanly impossible. Minseos adlib at the end for example. I can't deny that they are really good though, hopefully they'll comeback soon!!
While you are correct, experienced vocalists can practice stabilization while dancing so that it's almost not noticeable, but that takes time and skill obviously. It's crazy how young this group is tbh so well rounded already!!!

You have really sharp eyes to notice the shuffle dance parts !! Because of incompetent camera work, we see only about 1/4 of shuffle dances. Shuffle Dance was viral back in the 1980s. Here's hoping that Woo! Ah! uses more shuffle in the future.
Props to Woo!Ah! For doing this completely live with barely audible backing vocals!! On top of doing the choreo fully, which requires a lot of jumping and full body movements.
