I feel like there needs to be legit step by steps for certain things this seems general and I'm trying to figure out how to get Notion AI to summarize and pull action items from a meeting transcript, but it's more complicated then it seems and this is general, then some of the other people out there talk WAY too much, is there any way you can make a short and sweet series? like open this, do this, click here, click here, do this, do that, etc etc etc, like 2-3min (it's okay if we have to pause) for things like: meeting summary/action items from transcription, setting up work station, creating workflow, setting up to do list, attaching YT videos and animations to lists, connecting other apps to Notion, etc etc etc - that weould be fantastic!
Notion doesn't seem to be good at making their own videos, but if you get on RUclips .. every question you asked is answered. I found Thomas Frank the most helpful.

Can you record meetings, get some sort of transcript andnthen use thebapp to summerise the actions and take aways frommthe meetings?

What do you mean by cheaper? Isn't Notion just free?
