I need your advice. I started swimming when I was 5,but I used to make pauses and last time I trained was when I was 12 or 13. I can be really fast,but I'm not like a profesional way to good. So is it worth it if i start my trainings again and I'm 15? Will I get speed and strength,like isn't it to late to start again? I'm a girl btw😅
No its not . Its never too late just remember Anthony Ervin . He started it again aftar all those years with depresion,drugs,alcohol ect and in 2016 olympics he won gold in 50M freestyle and he was 35 years old . Its never too late to start again . If you love it you can do it . I know you can do it you can be really fast just work hard and you will get speed and strength .
