I've had this for awhile and it is a great car mount for the Fold and the Fold 2!!! Only complaints are that it took forever to receive and my box came beat up like his box! 😅😅🤣
Although this is a solid mount, it's NOT a good mount for ANY Fold, Fold2 or Fold2. When placing any Fold device in the mount, sure you can charge your Fold, but the Power/Fingerprint reader & Volume buttons and charging port are completely blocked from being used. Yes, you could just add easily flip the Fold around to use them, but now you won't be able to wirelessly charge your phone and we'll have to plug in the charging cable. Sure, this is an easy workaround, but one of the reasons for paying a premium for this Mount is its ability to wirelessly charge your device. Correction, the only way to charge your Fold and have access to all your buttons, is if it's folded and put in the amount. Otherwise, with the fold unfolded, you're unable to wirelessly charge the device. Too bad the manufacturer didn't make this mount for the Fold. This is more or less a universal amount. Don't get me wrong, it's a very solid mount, just not made for the Fold.
