Pork Trotter / Pig’s Feet Stew

Ingredients:
1.2kg pork trotters, cut into pieces
1/2 cup of cooking oil
2 small bay leaves
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 medium size onion, sliced
1 heaped tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
Few geen chillies
2 medium size tomatoes, sliced
Few culantro leaves, roughly torn
1 inch cinnamon stick
6 cloves
4 green cardamom pods
1 star anise
1 mace
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1 1/2 tsp of ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp of ground red chilli
1 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
Salt to taste
Some chopped coriander leaves
