How can I plan and make sure I have a higher platelet count? ( I know I’m dehydrated and it’s always a challenge trying to draw blood from me when needed) I also bruise and scar easily and takes a long time to heal. Is that due to low platelet count?

We dont need the echo and time wasted. I kept looking over to the left to see if she is just used to it or extremely patient.

i may have misinterpreted vampire facial as i thought it meant using menstrual blood but apparently not, its actually normal blood i now realise
