- The Sci-Fi Western is a really hard niche genre to find some quality shows in, but in the late 90's we got three such gems. Here's what i had to say about them!
Music used:
Trigun OST - Blood and Thunder
Outlaw Star OP
Cowboy Bebop OP
Trigun OST - Colorless Sky

I know it sounds weird but it would be cool if we could get these 3 shows plus space dandy in a crossover like isekai quartet where each character has an interaction with another.
Wow, I was hoping you would bring this series back. All the shows you talked about in this one are sick as fuck. Great video guy.
They seriously need to make a crossover like they did with Dragon Ball One Piece and Toriko
That would be badass
@@s1ap396 It would be a crossover totally worth and deserved
3 of my top 5 anime are these shows...
Hotsprings episode as a second to last episode? xD Outlaw Star is the only one I haven't seen out of the three but it just doesn't seem that interesting either, especially when compared to those other two
Yeah, by itself it's a fairly solid show, but compared to the likes of Trigun and Cowboy Bebop, it's flaws become gargantuan.
@@s1ap396 yeah its not the second to last
And outlaw star is definetly worth a watch at least once and then judge from there
I disagree. I couldn't stand Cowboy Bebop. Fey is evil, Ed is annoying, and Spike is emotionless. There were only ever like 3 episodes of continuity with Vicious, and the worst sin against it was that the main conflict for many of the episodes was the gang trying to make ends meet. People fighting against poverty isn't a compelling story. It's too real, and frankly it's just depressing. It's like the Toby Mcguire spiderman movies: I don't care about Peter trying to hold down a job, I want to see spiderman being awesome! Bebop could have greatly benefited from moving away form the mundane struggles of money and told a better story - preferably a more serialized one.
i think the episodic nature is what makes the show work so well the show just has a ton of variety from tones to locations to music to types of action that i think just wouldnt work in the context of a single overarching narrative i also cant see how you consider spike to be emotionless when he shows emotion and depth quite a bit faye is also pretty funny and ed is an acquired taste but when you get it shes great i prob wont change ur mind but give it a second chance i wrote it off years ago after episode 5 due to me being annoyed by netflix subtitles
