If you got a MFA in Film/Content Creation/Theatre at CSU Los Angeles, then you could get a career as a junior college professor teaching content creation because you’ve got years of content creation experience with your RUclips site.
Many casting websites are free to join, you just have to do purchases to submit or add photos/videos. If you don't want to get an industry standard account, I say stay away from all of them. All the ones that I have seen are paid. You can go to film mixers, or look for castings on social media. There are a lot of Facebook groups and people to follow on IG to find auditions. For teens, you would need a workers permit and parents permission, so an agent would probably be best.
