Thanks for the video I have the middle bottom knock off and love it. But I would like to get the original also to support the manufacturer. My question is, why do you take off the Teflon tape? Doesn't it protect it from scratching and grinding down? I got my knock off from stoneworks(?) on Amazon. I also bought the extra Teflon strips because I admittedly am using this for 5-10hr/day. Thanks again!

The teflom tape is there to make it smoother to slide.
The Chinese manufacturer will never say it's a "knockoff" but will shamelessly say it's "inspired by"😂🤣
