It is the term used to describe a tingling, calming sensation some people report experiencing in response to close personal attention or certain audio or visual stimuli.” “The process of ASMR requires someone else to provide these sensations for a person, mainly through sounds produced in a specific way. It can have benefits, including stress reduction.” Some people find ASMR videos to be very relaxing, some find it creepy or just nonsense. If you fit into the first category I hope this video will relax you while having you practice some Italian, if you fall into the second category I hope you simply will find it useful to learn some new words and practice Italian listening :)

Ugh FINALLY! It's so RARE to find whisper asmr where the whisperer isn't making it weird with mounth sounds and clicking and other things. Also, on the off chance you find an unassuming whisper video, they're usually speaking fast and I find it really really agravating instead of relaxing. So this is a gem and I love it.

I know what you mean, somehow whispering ASMR videos are the ones that relax me the most (except for the ones with my own voice 😂), but for some reason they all do mouth sounds or other things which disrupt the smoothness of the whispering.
