I love the animations over the top and mixed between gameplay. Very small niche. Were those all hand animated like you used to? It looked like really damn good key framing or motion capture stylized to your traditional frame rate.

yup, and you need be in the SEAF for 2 years before you can join the Helldivers. so the minimum to join SEAF is 16.

Tbf ragdolls are still AWFUL to thr point that if im repeatedly knocked down i just get up from my setup to grab a beer while ragdolldivers plays itself out
The Stun resistance booster lets you get up quicker if youve never tried it :p

Total opposite for me. I've had fewer ragdolls since the new update. With the enemies becoming weaker and automatons armed with rockets having limited rockets, it's been a blast fighting on Impossible, my comfort difficulty. Not to say it was easier. We still lost all 20 of our reinforcements by the time we got to extraction, but it was a lot less frustrating and a lot more fun. The Diligence Counter Sniper actually feels like a proper DMR now

6:34 it is a common misconception that chaosdivers teamkill, but they, in fact, do not. If somebody says they are a chaosdiver and then kills you, they are either a plant from Super Earth to make us look bad or simply a traitor
Better yet, don't be a cringe shadow the hedgehog roleplayer and just say "i don't support arrowhead's game vision" and either not play the MOs or not play at all.
@@terrified057t4 You realize that's exactly what Chaosdivers do right? They just don't play the Major Orders. That's their entire thing as a faction, is avoid Major Orders.
The roleplay just comes with the territory of Helldivers and the community around it, and they use it to tell people both in and out of "character" what's going on with the nerfs 'n all.

Fun fact: there are stil game breaking bugs such as random crashes, or some sort of glitch that deletes the network proxy your on, putting every helldiver into a different server, causing said helldiver to collapse in a pile of ammo, samples, guns, grenades, and a cape for some reason. Reconnecting to the lobby through youe friends is also blocked

I use the Ballistic Shield a lot against the bots. You are kinda restricted to using only one-handed weapons but in turn you can casually walk up to those bastard machinegun-shield guys to give them a taste of their own medicine up close and personal XD

Hoot, i am the ballistic shield guy. The so called “small arms fire” is anything that doesn’t ragdoll you. So you can walk down the front turret of a barrage tank and not give a damn, try it out! Especially with the new crossbow and smg buffs.
Also scout striders cant pop it so its great as a form of protection for your team or just to get a good shot on key enemies while ignoring the other stuff

Well the whole PSN account debacle was kind of a cold shower on the player base's enthusiasm. Add a few slightly sub-par patches, and the general hype dying down a bit, and now there is a sizable part of the player base that tend to be a little bitter.
Ya gotta Factor in the fact that those trays of food are too damn small for my appetite.
I also despise the fact they, and HelloFresh, imply along the lines of, "It's so fresh, it's not like anything you get at the grocery store, which could have been sitting there for weeks!" Like, come on, obviously not. The most "fresh" food we'll ever get is if we go down to the field ourselves to bring home. Everything else has to be shipped, includes large amounts of preservatives to keep them edible, and still degrades over time; no food shipped wholesale is EVER "fresh!"

I'd like to reassure you that the Chaos Diver community is actually just fans of the game that (while upset about the nerfs) only abstain from the major order when applicable; people that say they are Chaos Divers and teamkill are just griefers using the name. The PSA covers a lot about what we do without the typical roleplay-like jargon that the Chaos Divers like to use, like "VERA LIBERTAS" and "SUPER EARTH MUST FALL" and stuff. But yeah, rest assured we're team players first and Chaos Divers second. If you or anyone else runs into someone saying they are a Chaos Diver and they grief you, take screenshots / recordings of the behaviour and send it to the Chaos Diver discord- If they _are_ Chaos Divers that grief, they aren't welcome in the community. We mainly roleplay, shoot the breeze, do creative writing and create media.
Ironically, this video really showed off like 90% of the issues that got fixed in the latest update lol
Also hurts to see the Eruptor rifle fired in the ending animation as a standard rifle and NOT a bolt action like it actually is
In high school I got the nickname the glitch code from my friends because no matter what online game I showed up in the entire freaking game just starts having an absolute fit. like literally my friends would be playing the game before I show up everything would be running smoothly but as soon as I show up, everything just goes out the window

If I had to choose one real life gun to put into Helldivers, it has to be the M1 Garand. Look, I know the Eruptor is an explosive bolt action rifle, but you can't beat the PING!
Never out of breath in that game... That reminds me of Arma 3 where ALL the soldiers have severe lung problems and is out of breath after taking 3 steps.
You know, I could agree on an early point: ragdolling is excessive
So I recommend the armor modifier: lead boots

Dude on diff 7 where you mostly face heavy devastators, ballistic shield with senator is the GOAT. If you run a way the shield tanks more shots on your back than the bubble shield and with the senator out you can deal with 10 heavy devastators at once easily. At diff 10 where it's all rockets or cannons it doesn't do much though :(
