Lassonic , when I was younger i use to visit Mendez Town almost weekly when Mavis Williams was alive. Bwoy the place has improved a lot. I am go to visit there Sunday to have a look and visit Miss Mavis daughter Prim. Thanks for this my brother. Thanks for the tour. I was born in bow in Lowe River, attended school there up to grade 4 and I have never been to Mendez Town. Surprisingly from bow the tip of a part of the same forest is walking distance from my home in bow. I remembered my family going to the forest for firewood, ginger at Christmas Time and even today they still go to the forest for yam and other produce. I do remember family members saying they are going upper "POLE".
Can you do a video of Lowe River going towards Over Bowe? You have to pass the road by Mrs. Mack Shop in Lowe River. Mrs. Mack is the shop after you pass Pathmore Funeral Home.
