I initially bought mine in a size 10 (my normal size) but had to send them back for a 9.5...these shoes run crazy big. I got the replacements in earlier today and they feel fantastic BUT what pisses me off the most about them is no matter what I do, I cannot get a good lock-down from them in the heel. I rarely ever have to use the last two sets of eyelets to lace up shoes but you almost have to with these. They cut the heel collar too shallow behind the achilles and then added the extra "cushion pods" inside the heel cup which further restricts any kind of lock down. You can feel the back of the shoe sliding up and down with every step. Bottom line, lock down in this shoe is going to be nearly impossible and although heavier than most, they ARE very comfortable in my mind. The mesh is a nice touch because it maintains the shoe's original silhouette and keeps it's sleek, streamlined look.
I have one and I love it, super underrated. They're basically a Nite Jogger revision (which were one of my favorites) but larger/chonkier and they embody all Adidas known technologies (apart from their professional running lineup). They're very comfy and look great, no idea why people don't care about these. Definitely would recommend going half a size down, other than that, zero complaints.
Definitely a whole size down, trust me. Other than that very comfortable for walking. I wish I ordered smaller, I had to put it some extra heel padding.
I bought the gray with red accent last january online. Compared to my nike element react, this is heavier, stiffer and painful on my instep muscle when i go jogging. I just wear this now at the office.
When I order running shoes I always choose 9.5 with a bit space on my tose more or less 1 inch allowance. I ordered 9.5US avryn last time bit stiffer vs other 9.5 shoe brands but you can adjust the lace to loose em up.
This looks like the TR21 (which is also made by Adidas but costs $75) when it comes to the design. The Boost certainly makes it a lot more comfortable.
How breathable do you think these are? If there is double mesh it sounds like they might heat up quick. I have some NMDr1s that i really don't use late spring/throughout the summer because of how warm the mesh is.

Could you compare the newer version of the NMD V3's that they have now, with the ones from your initial review? You can identify them by looking at the colorways that don't have the exposed stitching on the seams. It looks like they made improvements. No one on RUclips has really checked them out.

The boost and bounce midsole in this shoe is softer (which is good) than in any adidas shoe. And that inconsistency is what I hate about adidas shoe.
