"I do see myself working for the WWE, but I would like to hope it's on my own terms"
WOW, what a line and to see how far he went.
"It was a real cool experience"
Fast forward 10 years later.
"This place sucks"
+thepunkster90x its a work dude
"It's going no longer than 20 minutes, we went 55." *thug life*
“At some point I see myself working for the WWE... I just think I want it to be on my terms.”
It was, dude. The rest of us can only keep working to secure such a grasp on our own path through life. Good on you.
Punk before leaving for UFC: "Yeah, Punk is the man!"
Punk after leaving for UFC: "Punk is overrated, I hope he gets his head caved in!"
People are fickle.
I know right? I have faith in Punk.
A lot wrestling fans in general are fake, they just go along with what the next person says just to feel like they are a part of something.
I was watching that UFC PPV live, and when they said they had an announcement that would make people happy I knew they had signed Punk and I was excited about it
i don't think punk is overrated i just think he's a hypocrite because one of his complaints in the WWE was nepotism & favoritism but he literally walked into UFC through those exact methods
Never hurts when you are good friends with Dana White I guess
Why does it hurt to hear him talk about wrestling and how much he loved it? 💔
This man has some good stories
I find Punk hilarious his stories and impressions are quality. Btw that ending was eery, was like it was his goal to make change in WWE before he even got there but knew it could be a bad working environment.....before he even got there
Imagine the things he would say in a 2019 shoot interview
Super interesting to hear this in retrospect
This was pretty cool
“I never really cared to wrestle in Madison Square Garden”
I never understand how they must pay a lot of money for these shoot interviews yet they don't invest in equipment. Just a lapel mic on Punk would make this so much better.
my childhood crush
Wisconsin..? Man,I live here and never hear of any wrestling shows damit!!
"pretty much everybody in the Chicago wrestling scene hated me."
It's not only the Chicago wrestling scene, dude.
Shut your legs.
actually he's very popular among the wrestling business with the wrestlers a year ago if you asked most wrestlers who on the current roster they wanna work with they would mostly say CM Punk.
I'm really looking forward to Extreme Rules because it's in Chicago, and they'll remind WWE who their favorite son is.
CM Derp troll
full shoot on stagevu no need to thank me just enjoy it all u have to do is type in rf video. enjoy all the things they have there.
Kinda sad this obviously really bright, so obviously smart guy ended up like a pariah in the business.
Punk just never learned to adapt to the ever present bullshit that's in every workplace. And the bullies, backstabbers, etc.
And if someone like Punk shows up in a workplace, obviously really smart, confident, that person always has people trying to cut him off and sabotage him.
Sucks, but such is life.
Can blatantly see the guy is at least 10 years younger. Not as big bags under the eyes.
That's from working 300 days a year and being on the road for thousands of hours
I had this years and years ago. No new material?
RF video could never get the money together to pay him for an interview now. He'll just go on his friends show in Chicago for free like he did.
RF is just trying to cash in on him being hot news lately.
they haven't seen him for a decade he's kind of been signed away or off doing ufc.
I'm still a huge CM Punk fan and im glad and honestly kinda surprised he made it out of that hell hole called WWE in one piece He's doin what he wants and he's happy fuck the haters I cant wait to see punk in ufc
What year was this shot?
what year was that interview? cuz he said one day he could see himself at wwe. i hope so much tht he either comes back, or goes to AEW. I need to see him wrestle again man
Maybe WWE should have watched this before they hired Punk cause he says we would work for WWE on this own terms. That's what the man did good for him. That being said they always come back.
"It went 55".
Those were my fucking horses!
is that crazy Ambrose between Renee Young legs
look in my eyes
CM Punk's ok, not the best, not the worst, he's sort of in the middle.
BLASPHEMY
marshall parker I’d take Jericho over him any day
Fack Te Ted Dibiase !!!
Humble him, Sheiky Baby!
CM Punk is so hot to me OMG.
wtf is up with that cat story omg
...I need to know. I NEED to know
look at me I'm straight edge.... no you just don't drink and do drugs nothing special about that or the alternative
technically caffeine is a drug but anyway not to drink or smoke or do any drugs in this day and age is pretty impressive...I know I sure as shit can't say that
a not serious relationship basically. And guess what? You can find a woman that does incredibly naughty thing after too, makes the time 'alone' a lot more worth it.
who would thought this guy would be a champ in wwe and then debut on UFC LOL PUNKS LIFE US UNBELIEVABLE EVEN THO HE GOT BEAT UP LIKE SHIT HAHAH BY MICKEY GALL
Who cares? This is old.
Shane Wareham I care.
Shane Wareham Then why are you watching
Haha eve hes own hometown hate him cuz they know cm punk sucks
Whenever my pg wwe go to chicago they cant "feed me more" "cm punk sucks!"
Haha our ryback is a cutie legend
Cm punk is indy jobber
dude keep going, you've created a youtube legacy and many people are immetating u, cm punk is one of my fav wrestlers ever but still cm punk sucks my ryback is a legend xD
***** he just won by you responding to him. I've noticed him comments too lol, just don't pay mind to them. Enjoy the video you're watching and let the trolls troll on.
CmPuke101 You're still a nobody.
Funny fucker 😂
CM Punk when he was a nobody, lol.
He was already a champion in multiple indies by this point. Who would want to do an interview with a "nobody"?
OneUltimateWarrior you mean like yesterday?? still is a nobody..just has a hot wife...
And he loved the business
boring interview, didn't even talk about his wwe run......
+dbgrfdg Because it's 2005
ok
well it didn't happen yet.
should have also mention his UFC run, omg
dbgrfdg you're a shitty troll you're not even good at it
This man is a coward.
How is he a coward? He was fired by WWE and is now doing something very dangerous.
kryceksangel He was fired approximately HALF A YEAR after he WALKED OUT. Don't try to sugar coat it that Punk was just fired. He walked out while under contract still, because he didn't get his way. Well boohoo Punk, that's life. Almost everyone has to go to work just about every day and do EXACTLY what their boss tells them to do. Do you know the difference, kid? Everyday people get paid peanuts compared to what this cry baby was getting paid, and he just walks out while he still had contacted obligations to fulfill? Yes he obviously has the financial freedom to do whatever he wants, but it's really lousy to just walk out when you are still under contract.... because Crybaby Man Punk didn't get his way. And yes the same goes for SCSA when he walked out back in 2002. The difference is SCSA eventually returned and he has gone on record to ADMIT he was WRONG for it...like a real man. I do not expect Crybaby Man Punk to ever do the same.
@@michaelhernandez8772 That's the beauty of putting yourself in a position that is above most people's situation. You escape the tragedy of working a 9 to 5 job. Most people would do the same thing if they could do the same. I mean why keep yourself in a unhappy environment when you can get out? This is what most people's parents want for their children
Michael Hernandez He could’ve died if he would’ve continued to wrestle more matches. The dude had a staph infection that could’ve killed him. What the hell did you want him to do? Kill himself to make you happy?
