    The apartment is nice while the kitchen is very small.
    for your future showcases, i recommend to cover the apartment structure and features like outside view, parking, water tanking. and mentioning location amenities like schools and hospitals. The furniture is not that much favorite for those who might be interested to buy.

    Good video....great job...except...am not sure why Kenyan showcasers fixate on the furniture since the unit is obviously staged and the actual unit will not be like this. It makes the video unnecessary long....though am sure some people don't mind. Personally I want to see the actual apt and it's features. Straight to the point pap pap 😂

      We understand this preference. But there are a number of reasons why investors stage apartments, we could highlight 3:

      3.Highlighting Features: Staging can highlight the best features of a home. It can draw attention to focal points like fireplaces, large windows, or unique architectural details that might be overlooked in an empty room.
      Overall, staging is a strategic investment that can lead to quicker sales and potentially higher offers.
