Hi Uduak! Welcome to the family.🥰❤️
I always use a very simple formula to determine the neck width and depth of any neck size.
FORMULA:
(Step 1)
Divide neck measurement by 6
Example: 17 ÷ 6 = 2.83
I decided to approximate my answer to 3
(Step 2)
Add 0.5 to that answer to get the neck depth.
So 3 + 0.5= 3.5
(Step 3)
Subtract 1 from the neck depth value to get your neck width.
So 3.5 - 1 = 2.5
This formula works for all neck sizes and I hope this was helpful. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
