Short video--It was a MAGNIFICENT day--couldn't believe all the beautiful horses. The Irish Society for Protection of Animals was on scene, as were Gardaí.
The #Ballinasloe Horse Fair is one of Europe's oldest and largest Horse Fairs, dating back to the 18th century.
