I love all the videos and people are right the voice is nice with explaining but these are my absolute favorite. I can go to sleep in no time and the tingles are even more with these videos. I still watch the videos for a few years ago that have no talking. Thank you for this.

Been struggling with my sleep recently, currently on 2 different prescription sleeping tablets.. just found this video, Xmas relaxes me and this video is only 10 mins in and I’m feeling sleepy and it’s only 21:25pm here in the uk! So thank you x
