People have been saying for all of FNaF's existence that animatronics can't even walk around like this in the PRESENT time to begin with, so I guess if they've somehow managed that huge advancement (and perfect facial recognition software) they can probably tell when a bright light is shining at them. This would be an adorable way to stop Toy Chica in a game though! Shine a flashlight at her eyes and she has to freeze up and pose for a picture and then maybe she forgets what she was doing and goes back to another room.

The puppet didn't command the toys to attack the night guard xD The toy animatronics had their facial recognition tampered so they see you as a criminal and will kill you, that's why you have to don the freddy mask. Also, the only animatronics possessed in FNaF 2 are the withered ones, golden freddy and the puppet (not sure if the puppet is an animatronic but you get my point)

Why the hell is the beak removable in the first place? Like when the beak comes off you’d tell if it was ripped (there would be wires and stuff where the mouth was). Since the toy animatronics free roam, imagine a kid just yeeted off toy chicas beak. Lmao.
It’s probably for maintenance purposes. We all know how much of a cheapskate fazbear entertainment is, and it’s also just an easy fix if the beak gets damaged or dirty. You just take it out, clean it, and put it back in instead of having to take off the head and clean it or replace it.

People have been saying for all of FNaF's existence that animatronics can't even walk around like this in the PRESENT time to begin with, so I guess if they've somehow managed that huge advancement (and perfect facial recognition software) they can probably tell when a bright light is shining at them. This would be an adorable way to stop Toy Chica in a game though! Shine a flashlight at her eyes and she has to freeze up and pose for a picture and then maybe she forgets what she was doing and goes back to another room.

The toy animatronics had their facial recognition tampered so they see you as a criminal and will kill you, that's why you have to don the freddy mask. Also, the only animatronics possessed in FNaF 2 are the withered ones, golden freddy and the puppet (not sure if the puppet is an animatronic but you get my point)

Why the hell is the beak removable in the first place? Like when the beak comes off you’d tell if it was ripped (there would be wires and stuff where the mouth was). Since the toy animatronics free roam, imagine a kid just yeeted off toy chicas beak. Lmao.
Since they have facial recognition the beak probably launches off of her face as an attack
It’s probably for maintenance purposes. We all know how much of a cheapskate fazbear entertainment is, and it’s also just an easy fix if the beak gets damaged or dirty. You just take it out, clean it, and put it back in instead of having to take off the head and clean it or replace it.
