The best way to get over is don’t text back , when I was finally over my ex - I didn’t except any of his phone calls or messages, but it had to buildup so much that if I wanted to go back I couldn’t. He use to call from another phone, I talk a very little and that phone was block , I remembered he saying, I know you’re not going to call be back, and that made me more upset not to call back, because I remembered more of why I left.
