Jaw dropping gorgeous! I won't use my big lots for builds that don't have stables, so I see so many gorgeous luxury lots, but I don't DL them because there is no stable, no room for horses. I also try to find homes that have room for a basement, what a waste not to include one! Even just a wine cellar, I can always add rooms. I like gyms in the basement, as well as game rooms. This could have been what I might have commissioned! Thank you for this perfect build, and to Naser-kl7in for allowing you to share their request. Perfect, just perfect!
Apparently we have different version of the same wallpaper, and it's because some people switched to direct x 11 but i stayed at 9,and lot of wallpapers are broken, but I used Felixandre Estate wallpapers!

I did playtest this, but after the updates and for example what kind of mods you have in your game i can't claim it is! It's all depends on your game!
