    Sir I am looking for Hydrostatic Equilibrium In fluid mechanics but don't get that can teach Fluid Mechanics?

      I'm not sure I understand the last part of your question. The equations for hydrostatic equilibrium in this video will hold for any spherically symmetric scenario. I you want a different geometry, the most general equation is the 1st equation at 4:50. You can then simplify this equation for the specific scenario you-re interested in. For example the gradient of P might simplify given a specific geometric regime, or on the right side of the equation GM/r^2 might be set as a constant near the surface of the earth.
      If you want a more detailed advanced treatment of fluids in a gravitational field, you could pick up any book in fluid mechanics. A good one is Fluid Mechanics by Falcovich.

    why is spherical symmetry from outside of the shell allowed to add up to no net force but the spherical symmetry from the shell does not?

      I'm not sure I fully understand your question... The net force (all forces) is 0 because there is no acceleration. The gravitational force is determined by the mass enclosed. Due to spherical symmetry, a shell of mass will only feel a net gravitational force from the mass enclosed. Gravitational forces from mass outside will add up to 0.

      If you have a very dense object such that all the mass is confined to a relatively small volume. For example a neutron star. If it’s equal to 1 then you have a black hole.

The diameter of WHAT IS THE MOON IS about ONE QUARTER (at 27 percent) of that of what is THE EARTH ON BALANCE !! Great. ACCORDINGLY, ON BALANCE, WE MULTIPLY ONE HALF TIMES ONE THIRD in order to obtain the surface gravity of WHAT IS THE MOON in DIRECT comparison WITH WHAT IS THE EARTH/ground. (The maria then occupy, predictably, one third of the near side of what is THE MOON ON BALANCE.) Notice that the blue Moon IS INVISIBLE ON BALANCE. GREAT. So, consider what constitutes (or is) the orange Sun, ON BALANCE, AS TWO THIRDS TIMES ONE QUARTER IS ALSO ONE SIXTH !!! GREAT. AGAIN, consider what is THE EYE ON BALANCE; AS E=MC2 IS GRAVITY. BALANCE AND COMPLETENESS GO HAND IN HAND. IT ALL CLEARLY makes perfect sense ON BALANCE.

      Are you referring to the equation in the yellow box or green box? In the yellow box, it's at the end of the second term. In the green box, if you take the derivative and apply the product rule + chain rule it will appear (you will get back what's in the yellow box). I'm not sure if this answers your question.
