Can you make clarity on the testes breathing? Once Master said Left testes to right canal, next right testes up (but to the left canal I guess?) and after that he said left testes again but it was about right so it's error with translation? can you fix it? Thanks.
It might be hard to get the complete instruction from watching the video alone. I found some supplementary instructions online, and pasted it here. It differs slightly , but I believe the effect is the same. The below 3 steps are basically repeated 3 times in this order (1,2,3,2,1,3,3,1,2) 1. Close the left nostril with the ring finger of the left hand. Breath in through the right nostril, as it goes down the right canal and up the left canal. Release the ring finger and breath out from the left nostril. 2. Close the right nostril with the ring finger of the right hand. Breath in through the left nostril, as it goes down the left canal and up the right canal. Release the ring finger and breath out from the right nostril. 3. Breath in through both nostrils, as it goes down both the left and right canal, and up the center canal. Breath out through both nostrils.
TableTennisKid Thank you, but I understand the method, I just don't know where to push qi when it comes to the channels because master says that we breath from the left testis when breathing thru right nostril and it's go to the right channel. so we create the "X" like chi movement from left to right from right to left not straight right and left.
TableTennisKid Also yes, when you doing it like the "X" from left testicles to right channel up it's working great. Thank you master Nan for such teaching... I'm in tears because it's really seems like nothing but when you practice it's everyday it will truly change you so you can dip into natural state (rigpa).
SoSoDope Master nan didn't say to breath from the testes... he said to breathe **to** the respective testicle. (below root chakra) Hope that clarifies, I will post up an English video demonstration on my channel tomorrow.
the reason why, when people get older, they get more large tummy, is poor diet and this poor diet causes bad bacteria to invade the GI tract, and causes fermentation. Moreover, the quality of food becoming worse and worse (and people choosing to eat junk food), now even youngsters have belly fat, which will become source of health issues such as diabetes. I cannot straighten my arms just because they are very, very long, and i will always have my elbows bent.
