But later in the song there is which makes it hard for me to get hooked. Maybe I'm being picky here. Who knows. I'm a female after all. I'm not supposed to make sense. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I do hope he keeps playing though. It does sound nice.
It's an old comment but I'll respond anyway, you're right, there's a lot of choppiness to his playing, he also seems to accidentally strum extra notes at times. It's just lacking in fluency. The distortion can hide the mistakes a little but they're still there, it's quite obvious this guy is very much a beginner mostly playing tabs he can find on the internet. Unfortunately it seems that he prioritizes his aesthetic over skill since his playing hasn't really improved over the months.
