- Sajeev Rajaputhra | Sajeev Rajaputhra Vew Video | මම, මගේ පොඩ්ඩො ටික බලන්න ආපහු ජපානෙට යනකොට අපේ Airline එකේ තිබ්බ පොඩි ප්‍රශ්නයක් දැක්කා. මේ දවස්වල ටිකට්ස් වල මිල ඉස්සරට වඩා පස්-හය ගුණයක් විතර වැඩී. ඉතිං ඒ වගේ ගාණක් ගෙවලා යනකොට ඒකට හරියන්න ඒ අයට සේවාවක් ලැබෙන්න ඕනෙ. ඒත් කියන්න කණගාටුයි එතන තිබ්බ service එක හොඳටම අඩු යි.මේ අවස්ථවේ දි airline එකේ crew එක එයාලගේ උපරිමය කරා නමුත් කළමනාකාරිත්වයේ තිබ්බ ගැටලු නිසා ඒ අයත් සෑහෙන්න අසරණ තත්වයකට පත් වුණා.
අපේ රටේ පෝලිම් කියන එක මේ දවස් වල කාටත් සාමන්‍ය වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ. මම කියන්නේ මට විතරක් විශේෂ සැලකිල්ලක් දක්වන්න කියලා නෙවෙයි. නමුත් විදේශිකයෙක් හෝ ලාංකිකයෙක් වේවා රුපියල් මිලියන 1.6 වගේ විශාල මුදලක් වැය කරලා ටිකට් එක ගන්නකොට එකට සාධාරණ service package එකක් දෙන්න ඕනේ. අපේ tourism වලයි airline එකෙයි ආදායම වැඩි කරගන්න ඕනේ නම් ඒකට හරියන සේවාවක් දෙන එක අනිවාර්යයි. නැත්තම් කවුරුත් ඒ සේවාවලට වියදම් කරන්නෙ නෑ. ලෝකේ අනිත් airlines වලත් එහෙම කරද්දි ඇයි අපිට විතරක් බැරි?
මට මේ වගේ දේවල් වෙන එක අළුත් නැහැ. මීට කලිනුත් මේ වගේ අවස්ථා වල දී මම airline එකට ගුවන්මගියෙක් විදියට ලියලත් තියෙනවා, complain කරලත් තියෙනවා. ඒත් ඒවයෙන් කිසිම පලක් නැහැ.
ඒ නිසයි, මම මේ වීඩියෝ එක දාන්න හිතුවේ. අඩුම තරමේ එතකොටවත් ඒ අදාල පුද්ගලයන් දැනුවත් වෙයි කියලා.. මම crew එකත් එක්ක ඉංග්‍රිසියෙන් කතා කරන තැන් පවා ඉවත් කරා මොකද විදේශිකයෝ මේවා දකිනවට මම කැමති නෑ. ඒත් අපි අපි අතරේ මේ ප්‍රශ්න අඩුපාඩු හංගගෙන වැඩක් නෑ.
දැන්වත් අපි මේවා හංගන්නෙ නැතුව මේ අඩුපාඩු පිළිගමු. ඒවා හදා ගමු.. අපි වෙනස් වෙමු! 🙏🏼❤️

My first and last Sri Lankan airlines experience in 2015. After how they treated me, I thought I would never take Sri Lankan ever again. I brought a back pack during my travel to Sri Lanka from USA with my laptop and valuables which can perfectly fit under the seat and the total weight was about 4kg. From Quatar I had to take Sri Lankan airlines. They asked me to put the bag as checked baggage. I told them many times that I have my laptop and other valuables in it. They asked me to empty the bag into duty free shopping bag that I had with a chocolate and put the empty bag to checked baggage. I had to hold all my valuables in a plastic bag throughout the journey. I have no idea whether any of the staff worked there had commonsense. I even spoke to the supervisor. He didn't even bother to listen to me.
Everyone around me said just remove the tag and take the bag, but I respected staff's decision. After that incident I have never taken Sri Lankan airlines or Quatar airways.
Me too! last year I travel to Malaysia.That was the first and the last tour in Sri Lankan Airlines though the crew were superb.

You are exactly correct. I am flying Germany to srilanka by Srilankans Airlines , This is the worst Airlines I found in my life as I am a Traveling around the world. It is shy for to use this Airline with my husband as he is German. We get this flight Beause it’s the only one we have to fly Direct from Germany.
Please Srilankan Airlines you must change lot.. please who is the director I hope you will try to make this Airline for a better system in the future.

Believe me Sri Lankan Airlines did the same thing to me. Had to do the vegetarian meal when asked other meal option. I was starving. They did not apologise at all.
One time Sri Lanakn airline check in lady weighed my laptop and said your hand luggage is too heavy. Where on earth can someone throw the laptop to the bin as it is heavy. Ridiculous . So I threw some other things to make her happy, because I did not want to argue or to pay extra money . SL airline must train their employees to do the job. "They think we travel with their money"
