In your squad section go to chapter "skill moves" you can choose 4 of them to perform in game using green button. But I don't know if you already unlocked ability to use them. And another tip, in defence hold only green button so AI will defend itself, for me it works pretty good and I'm playing fifa mobile for 3 years.

However, this only occurs if the player plays in the right or similar position (like cf and st or rm and rw) Therefore for example if you play Eusebio ont he left and upgrade his skill trait it wont boost his overall rating as he is out of position. Also training you players will mean boosting their overall stats but very 5 levels you can upgrade them even further and boost their actual overall rating even further (for example 110 to 111).
