In the second case, the brother is a piece of trash. The sister is literally a full-time live-in caregiver and housekeeper. Live-in caregivers/housekeepers are normally paid between $5k to $10k per month. The sister should sue his trifling butt for 1/2 of her services.

She doesn't live with the mother because she is needed 24/7. She lives there because it's a free ride for her and she gets away with the carer nonsense.
