I hope these many people will help contribute to the economy of Cebu city and province. It should create more spending in food, supplies and accommodation. I don't think the LGU measures the economic benefit of holding big festival as the Sinulog.
Crowded because SUGBU is the Pilgrimage Capital of the Santo Nino devotees, coming from many different provinces, neighboring Islands, Islets and many other foreingners from all over the globe, they all "Flock" to SUGBU for it's annual Original 1521 Santo Nino miraculous image Sinulog Festival.

Parang Divisoria noong araw at may mga jeep pa na dumadaan. Mas crowded pa yata itong Cebu. Ewan ko lang ngayon ang Divisoria.
