Granny and festus from gunsmoke would be a perfect match.they were 2 of the best characters ever over the top but yet believable in their roles.
Festus really wasn’t over the top though. It seems like it now but Ken Curtis based that character on a man named “Cedar Jack” he knew as a kid in CO.

I love granny but festus I can’t stand when he came on gun smoke that’s when I stopped watching it

THINK ADDS ARE DETERMINED MY HOUR OF DAY NOT THE CHANNEL??. BUT EVERYONE IS RIGHT RUclips IS MAKING IT UNWATCHABLE WITH COMMERCIALS. HATE THE PEOPLE THAT RUN RUclips.
A 45-minute commercial is way too long for a 25-minute show. If these constant and long adds continue, I will stop watching.
