The 150s has less moving parts with the tail motor, but the 180 is a little bigger and works more like a real helicopter. But yes, the 150s is probably more durable.
Coshow - the book says turn the model upside down when binding. You didn’t, any ideas why it says that in the book if it doesn’t make a difference?? Thanks.
Learning to set up a helicopter will also lead to progression flying the helicopter. The idea with a bind and fly is to see if you can fly first for instant gratitude , and then progress to building a kit because you have an understanding of how it works.
My 150 does this thing after I flip ,,the tail will wander ,not blow out sometimes ,,could be in my toon not enough of something..but still love it .I know you know your shit coeshow
I have the original Fusion 180 and it was ok. Would you prefer this over the new Smart Fusion 180? I know its belt driven vs tail motor and its not an exact comparison but if you could choose 1 overall what would it be?
@@ramus9 I had problems many problems with the fusion 180. I ended up replacing the BFL with Spirit and now its much better. Still learning to fine tune the Spirit. 150S flew solid right out of the box. Like em both, fusion180 has that big bird feel (might be due to the Spirit FBL), 150s feels much smaller.
thnx for sharing the unboxing and first flight, i was able to get a few flights in my 150s smart, i love how it handles the wind(15-20 gusts).would you have any suggests on the little tail hunt?it seems only in the hover.overall i love the bird, just need to get use to the smaller size(use to 50 size nitro)
Justin! I enter all the info per instructions. I got the flight modes done perfect, with the exception of Idle UP2? Normal @ 70% throttle with SAFE. (Actually shows 76%) Idle UP1 @ 80% throttle (Actually shows 82%). BUT Idle UP2 at either 80% throttle drops to 65% with limited limited pitch (like green mode on the S3) Then I put it to 100% throttle in Idle UP2, It drops to 70%. None of my others act like this? I have several too. Do I have to put left stick in the power left corner while binding. I have the DX6E.
Try this. Put normal mode throttle at 0,25,50,75,100. Make sure you are in normal mode for this, not hold mode. Put throttle at high throttle, plug in heli, should here two beeps real fast. Beep beep. Immediately lower the throttle, let it initialize. Should initialize with 3 beeps to identify 3 cell lipo like normal. Now put normal mode back to 0,70,70,70,70. Idle 1 85,85,85,85. Idle 2 100,100,100,100,100. It should rip now.
@@CoeShow619 Damn, fast reply! Guess what it was? "During Bind mode, flip the heli UPSIDE down for 15 seconds" I missed that part, I don't think any o the Blade Heli says that? I did not see you flip it upside-down. I watched your video 167 times, lol. BUT it works!
The bullet blades basically act as a lesser version of a flybar, increasing the stability of the helicopter. Also I got a blade 150s and the battery that I bought for it ended up being a DOA, which sucks, but horizon hobby did send me another one free of charge, hope it doesn't end up being another DOA. That was the second DOA smart battery I ended up getting. The first one that I got I was able to revive, but not this one. So wish me luck in the replacement they sent out not being DOA. One more thing, how easy is this heli to fly with regards to how easy it is to turn around?
Doubt it. Lipos are never to be discharged to 0%. Set your timer for 3:30 minutes and stop flying when it goes off. I guarantee I have more of these batteries than anyone in America, and they are fine. Get a new charger or something. Charge them correctly, and you’ll be fine. Good luck.
Don’t freak out yet. If you ordered yours a few weeks ago, it should be shipping out by the end of this week. Hold tight. Don’t crash on the first flight. Easy does it. Enjoy it man.
O no, not another green canopy!
My 150s , im happy with that one!
Respect!
In your hands, they all fly awesome lol
Another Present from Santa? You were a very good Man in 2021. Thanks for sharing Justin and once again a Safe, Happy and Healthy New Year ! 🚁❤🙏❤🚁
you make it look so easygot a blade 120s and carnt fly that yet thx mark.
Can't decide between this or the 180s, I like this one for the safety features and it's a little more crash resistant.

Is this better than the omp M1?
