If you have a licence you can buy, it is always best to buy radio products during Ham fest sale than online.

Exams are scheduled as and when sufficient people complete registration. Mostly it would be 60-70. There are specific centers (govt). Connect with your local wireless monitoring station/office for more local info.

There are ham enthusiastics u help new interested members to crack exam free of cost out of volunteering. Other may charge few bucks to do so considering their practical aspects. Either way, You have to learn to pass exam
