Hi . Thank you for posting this video. We are looking into update our existing phone system ( NEC 2000 IPS ) with the NEC SV9100... I have a questions for you ;In the report from incoming call for an extension (9:22m) can you listen the conversations or just see the time and length of them?Thanks

The InControl program will not provide call recording. You would need to have a separate call recording package.
