- The Parliament convened on Monday for a discussion in both Houses, on the ongoing Budget Session. In the Lok Sabha, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will introduce the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Bill, 2024, which aims to authorise the payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir for the services of the financial year 2024-25. Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Raksha Nikhil Khadse, will make a statement in the Lok Sabha regarding the status of implementation of the recommendations contained in the 327th Report of the Standing Committee on Education, Women, Children, Youth, and more issues.

What the middle class people need is raise their Tax limit to 7 lakhs and any capital gains for the Middle class on sale of Land or house should not attract any prevailing way of capital gain calculations , instead, after considering a prudent indexation and improvement benefit , an ideal 8 to 10 % tax range on the Net Income realization to be collected from the tax payer and no lock in period to be imposed on any asset holding , as people need purchasing power liquidity for their future survival.
