Was blessed to see Stephen and his band back in 1969 at Woodstock Festival...my my my how long the sun's rays go and the moon for all those men~! Stephen went on to build a single music life as well and David...AND BOTH OF THESE MEN ARE STILL ABSOLUTE!!! There may be stories out there that say these men are apart....but the way I see it...their music is still strong regardless of the way whomever sends their incredible, thoughful, loving, and (sometimes...perhaps angrry...we all get that times when we get over age 61...just sayin") I grew up with 5 brothers...and I know being in the middle of these births...it was NOT fun or a pretty site... so...give these men a break..GIVE THEM THEIR JUST REWARDS....good mu
I love this song, and Stephen’s other solo acoustic version from his 1975 live album is my favourite version ever. But there are many wonderful interpretations of this simplest of compositions, just showing it’s universal appeal.
