I does look a bit disgusting. The cloth on the cooker is actually supposed to be for handling the really hot handles on some of the pans. We just have a habit of wiping. The stains are from the cloth discoloured over time from washing it, especially the turmeric staining it.
The panhandles without the wood or rubber grips can become extremely hot. That towel is for the most part used to grab the handles that may or may not sear your hand. It isnt used for cleaning or to touch anything important. A quick wipe of spillage or grease near the stovetop is just habitual. The towel needs to stay pretty dry for this. A clean towel is like gold in the kitchen so for such a small importance that towel is probably days to weeks old, making it pretty crappy looking.
Loving my feed with these live cooks popping up! Quick question: any purpose for having so many different sizes and kinds of pans (especially that funky one bent outward near the handle) :)
Certain curries require that amount of cream in order to give it that exotic taste in the spices. I also agree with you that it is a lot of cream but its insanely popular, I even enjoy those dishes every now and then 🙂
Is it possible to have two orders - one for the packers and one for the chefs? Yours could potentially go above the knifes? It feels like that would be easier for you 🤷♀️.
That would be a good idea to have another ticket holder where the chefs are. We were going to have that system initially but there was a good reason why we didn't go for that. I can't remember why 😁😁
Cheers from texas bro, that was a busy night! Like the new vid!!
Heavy cream usage , I guess people over there love creamy curries rather than spicy curries which is mostly loved in South Asia
Yes your right, creamy and also sweet dishes here are the most popular compared to other places.
Amazing skills, what are the different sauces beside you apart from sugar and coconut ?
Thank you. The other sauces beside me are garlic/ginger paste, tomato puree, service sauce, jalfrezi sauce, masala sauce and chicken stock 🙂
@@ayechef how long you’ve been cooking or as a chef ?
@@indiabeforetheworld1642 about 8 years, 2 years training and 6 years actual cooking
Food looks good. Looks like busy night.
That cloth you use to wipe the front of the stove looks disgusting. I'm presuming the discolouration is staining that washing hasn't removed?
lol get a life and enjoy the video!! better things to
worry and comment about!
@@thetruth3435 I'm not worried. I'm giving my opinion.

Yeah, most of the time we use different sized pans depending on the portion sizes and dishes 🙂
The cloth is a tandoori chefs best friend 😂
That cross contamination with the lamb and chicken. My OCD!!!!!
The meats are already cooked. It's fine.
Why are putting that much cream why
