अपने गुरु के चरण कमलों की धूल से अपने हृदय रूपी दर्पण को चमका कर,
पवन के पुत्र, आशीर्वाद और शुभता के अवतार, आप सभी अशुभों की जड़ को नष्ट कर देते हैं। मैं रघुओं में सर्वश्रेष्ठ का शुद्ध यश गाता हूँ, जो जीवन के चार फलों को प्रदान करता है।
पारंपरिक "चार फल" या जीवन के लक्ष्य धार्मिकता (धर्म), समृद्धि (अर्थ), आनंद (काम) और आध्यात्मिक मुक्ति (मोक्ष) हैं।
इस शरीर को बुद्धि से रहित जानकर, मैं पवनपुत्र को याद करता हूँ।
मुझे बल, बुद्धि और सद्बुद्धि प्रदान कीजिए और मेरे दु:खों तथा दोषों को दूर कीजिए।

Sharing my personal experience :
1. During my college days i use to daily sit in front of home temple and use to read hanuman chalisa daily with lighting a diya. All those days, I had lots of energy.
2. But after a year I left practicing and I was not having that strong energy which I had felt when I use to daily practice.
3. Since last 3 months, I have again started reading hanuman chalisa daily in morning, sitting in front of home temple and lighting a diya. And after 2 months many positive things started and I started feeling more energetic then before.

there are entities that try to push you down when you're in the spiritual path. they use tools like anger, lust, materialistic gains etc

@@user-nr8ft3yy4c he said that hanuman chalisa's right way to chant is by understanding the starting properly which is (6:28) to put your heart in your Guru [invoking a positive powerful energy] and chant hanuman chalisa.. (acc to me Guru here is your Guru or Hanuman ji himself or Some say Sun , some say its Ram and some even say its Ram and Seeta.. )
then he told to sit in one place only daily , not change places, and light a lamp in that very same place daily and chant hanuman chalisa there only.. he also said that u can constantly lit lamp [here lamp is joyti or a candle atleast] to carry forward positive powerful energy [time may be full day , week or year]. temples do that. some people also do that.
in the end he said women can chant it 365 days, no need to stop in periods
and for women its best to approach Hanuman ji is as they would approach their own son (treat him as son , tell him him everything , play with him, whatever is your way of expressing your love to your son. see in Hindu dharma it is said you can approach God as friend , child, mother/father, teacher[guru], Lover[absolute devotion], & King[absolute surrender to his will]. Pranayam [or just deep breathing atleast] is to be practiced to maintain balance of mind in last two specifically & may also need Guidance of Guru to be of balanced & righteous mind.)

Sharing my true story - I was feeling a lot of stress/ anxiety and am drenched in problems. About 2 weeks ago one night, I was praying to Shiva as he is my isht dev to give me some confidence to deal with my life (the way I pray is that I just speak to Shiva and I feel he listens to me). Later that early morning, I had a dream that I was near a ocean and when I turned around I saw 9-10 feet tall Hanuman statue (but it looked life form) and to the right I saw a small Hanuman temple. From then, I never felt alone, I started reciting Hanuman Chalisa and learnt the meaning of each line. It's giving me a lot of strength and things are already getting better in my life.

I chant shree hanuman chalisa a minimum of 11 times a day and 21 times on Tuesday and Saturday. Miracles are starting to happen in my life. So then you're Hindu...because as a Hindu myself who unfortunately was sent to Christian schools growing up I vividly remember that The Bible states in numerous ways that the Abrahamic god does not like when anyone worships other beings than them and has all sorts of doom and gloom for bullying people into praying to it rather than someone else, such as Lord Hanuman. Not trying to be disrespectful but clearly there is a conflict between Christianity and Hinduism. You can be a Hindu and still respect other beings as being given powers or enlightened by Brahman (God) whilst a Christian, Muslim and Jew can *only* believe in the god of Abraham.

During while i shower him, he becomes my child, and i sing lovingly to him as a mother, reminding him who my baby Shri Hanuman is. I dry him dress him and feed him and by then Shri Hanuman Chalesa ends. I Shower all my forms of Bhagwan the same way. You may think i will need hours to perform my morning and evening puja..😅 No, Bhagwan Ganesh, is bath first..lol😅 so you can guess he is intelligent, and as my child, he loves and guides me. Try it.😊
I am a woman. I started a routine of reading Hanumaan g chalisa in April. Being a teacher I travel on a school bus and I waa reading on a school bus. 7 times I was reading. I started chanting Hanuman chalisa since I was in 8th grade. In this five-year course I've noticed miraculous changes in my routines. I do the exact same thing as you said. But the fact is I've never thought of hum as my son, because I was young. But I do consider him as my friend, guide, pioneer and my guru.

This is where he didn't explain properly, he was talking about women to be able to do 365 days including in their periods, but that is if you do tantrik practices and in that he said you should treat Him as a son. Please don't get confused and just do what you are doing if things are going good for you.

I listen Hanuman Chalisa daily while in the kitchen cooking or doing housework. I watched a Brahma Kumari ‘s Shivanididi and she said to listen to bhajans while cooking because your putting that good energy in food what you make for your family instead of listening to the radio,so I always listen to bhajans 🙏🏼 but from tomorrow I will listen to the Hanuman Chalisa while I light the diya in my mandir at home 🙏🏼

I also read Hanuman chalisa daily for past 1.5 yrs and also had kept 21 days Tues fasting.That day I also go to the nearby temple for my morning prayers. Honestly it had a huge impact in my life. Earlier I used to get bad creepy dreams and used to fear a lot but now I had overcomed this phobia to a great extent. Secondly I was struggling in my career, I used to fail competitive exams by small margin. Even though I did give my 100% for it but as we say sometimes due to bad luck we usually get stuck and here Hanuman dada helped me.I didn't loose hope and trusted him and now I can proudly say that I have fulfilled my dream.Yes somedays I get angry at him and use to cry like a baby in front of his phto but yet I didn't gave up and trusted his timings.
