- We're building a TIME ATTACK LOTUS to win Super Lap Battle 2025 at Circuit of the Americas! Our friends Black Flag Sarcoma Racing have brought us on to build Lotus with the goal of winning limited class next March at COTA.
In this series, we'll take you through every step of the build process, from initial teardown to the final shakedown laps. Design Engineer Kevin Fennell and our FASTx team will showcase the modifications, performance tuning, aerodynamics, and all the time attack preparation that will make this Lotus a fierce competitor on the track.

Hmmm I'm gonna need bigger turbos
we also have bigger tires then you now ;)
why twin turbo instead of single? it seems like a larger single would be better for packaging.
Better for packaging yes by a mile, but since it's a road race car it needs to have the best throttle response possible so we went with two smaller turbos. It's also cooler ;)
What engine is that n what power will it make?
