I somehow feel that the use of a refractometer takes the "art" or soul if you can call that, out of making a delicious cup of coffee. However, it is true that it brings consistency to the brewing process. A delicious cup of coffee will still be great with or without a refractometer to back it up lol! That said, I would still like to use one. Lol!
