Manuel Gamez / The Black Room Sessions - Full Concert - LIVE

Manuel Gámez is a Venezuelan pianist, arranger, producer, and composer with a long experience in the music world.
His musical instruction started in Caracas, Venezuela, under the tutelage of the renowned composer Gerry Weil, from whom he learned for more than eleven years.
In 2007, he became a member of the Simón Bolívar Big Band Jazz, led by the music director Andrés Briceño. With this outstanding orchestra, he traveled to several music festivals and also imparted musical ensemble workshops in diverse Venezuelan states.
In 2011, he arrived in the United States of America to fulfill his dream of belonging to that musical environment, and thus keep building a solid foundation as a pianist. In this country, he had the opportunity to play at the Lincoln Center (New York) as well as at the Conservatory of New England (Boston).
Manuel is currently a member of three celebrated Big Jazz bands in Miami: Carlos Pinera’s Big Band, Teacher and Teacher’s Big Band, Lee Harry’s big band where he can be seen playing the piano with remarkable mastery.
Recently, he released his album entitled ‘‘Deep’’. Tracks can be listened through platforms such as Spotify, RUclips, Deezer, Amazon Music, Tidal, and Boomplay.
Manuel Gámez’s hands have been anointed to evoke melodic compositions. You will find in his new album a richness of harmony and rhythm, but above all, you will enjoy the result of his passion for the piano.
