Condition: turn brown, soft from bottom. 2 of them cracked at the spine. One didn't. I stay in KL and in condominium. These astrophytum were expose to sun just behind the window. Hope to hear from u. Hi, what soil mix are they planted and how frequent do you water? Usually when they turn soft from the bottom it means that they got root rot. Root rot can be due to overwatering or sometimes due to fungal disease in the roots.
