Ive watched a lot of vibrato techniques videos, and I get the idea, seems easy, but in practice, it is not that easy. We still need to practise the muscles to remember what to do. And I mess up most of the time. Especially the second style explained in this video.

滚揉弦的时候手指总是因为弦太滑而上下乱动，是因为什么？是因为太滑？还是因为没有压得够力？但如果我压够力让指尖不动的时候，又无法让手指放松😥，咋办
弦應該沒有太滑這種可能，但還是請你的老師幫你看一下可能比較直接。揉弦的手指不需壓太大力，基本上跟沒揉弦時的時候一樣就行。
