not the most threatening villain. The most dangerous main villains in Arrow were Slade Wilson due to his shared past with Oliver, Damien Dhark due to his magic making him almost unbeatable, and Prometheus who was like Green Arrow's Joker with all mind games and breaking Oliver's spirit.

I stopped watching arrow around the same time when slade was sent back to some prison island and then when i was about to start the series again. Netflix had removed arrow from it service.
I always thought the fact that Ricardo Diaz can take down Oliver was absolute bull crap Oliver's taken down Deathstroke and his soldiers took down Ra's al Ghul and Ricardo Diaz is the problem that is absolute garbage writing makes no sense let me know if anyone agrees with this

So when I heard that they were bringing in “Richard Dragon” but it wasn’t really that, I gave up on Arrow (The Batman TV show they really wanted to make but not with Batman). Side Note: I hated that version of Mr. Terrific. The minor miracle of the Afro to braids is simply not believable among other things wrong with the character.
