The theming is blatant once you peer under the hood. It wasn't unintentional either. Boi What stated in a BTS stream that this track was about his own negative feelings towards these kinds of AI. The song points out that while "the Neon Tide" Aka AI, is a product, it is shallow, meaningless and mass-producible, and can and will oversaturate,overshadow and destroy the people who use Art to create.
