    తతస్తతో నియమ్యైతదాత్మన్యేవ వశం నయేత్ .. 6-26
This is also very very important slokam. This experience, every yogi, even a senior Yogi also will be experienced this state. That is, yato yato nishcharati manashchanchalamasthiramyeah - the mind goes on wondering, it goes on going somewhere. Out of his prarabdham or this nature, his goes, it goes on wandering, it goes on wondering. Even a beginner, he will be worried about that, Guruji, when I am doing this yogam, I am getting more thoughts, more thought than ever before. That is also good. That indication, that indicates that when your brain being, becoming stimulated. Only stimulated brain only will get more thoughts. But the thoughts will be not these thoughts. These thoughts will be shut down. they will be shut down just like, if you pelt a stone on the Honey comb, the honey bees will be dispersed and they will be coming, they will cover your face and they may bite also. So there is every chance of getting pain with these honeybees. Like that sometime, these thoughts, they may do harm. Because all the prarabdham that is being now washed out. When it is being washed out, then some bees will come and bite you. In that way, some people they may feel some misery. But it is positive only. Never, don't think that even while doing this yogam you may getting number of thoughts. That's why, this mind goes on wandering. It goes somewhere and sometimes it will make you to forget that you are doing Yogam. It will make you. At some, at one stage you forget it and you leave this yogam and simply you will be landed in sleep also. That's why, Shri Krishnais reminding, yato yato nishcharati manashchanchalamasthiram - this unstable mind always tries to wander outside, and thatho niyamyat ye thath - you have to take it back and keep it here. So this is a regular action should be done by a Pranayami. So, this mind goes on outside and he may be, will again take it back. In order to come this state, first thing you have to keep this mind throughout in this pranayama, that is the sound he is getting he has to keep his mind on that sound only.
    Vēvidyē vēditavyētu śabda brahma paran̄jyotyēt
    śabda brahma nisnātaḥ tatbrahmādhigaccati
    వేవిద్యే వేదితవ్యేతు శబ్ద బ్రహ్మ పరంజ్యొత్యేత్
    శబ్ద బ్రహ్మ నిష్ణాతః తత్బ్రహ్మాధిగచ్చతి
There are two Vidyas. There are two efforts. That is sabdabrahma, parabrahma. Here, sabdabrahma here is Omkaram or pranayam. While doing pranayamam, you get sound. You keep your mind at the sound itself, that sound alone will take you upwards. So when you keep your soul, mind on the sound, that sound when it is going upward, you will reach that point where the sound stops, where the sound stops. In the Mythreyopanishad / Uttara Gita, it says like this:
    tailadhaaraamivaachchhinnam deerghaghant'aaninaadavat .
avaachyam pranavasyaagram yastam veda sa vedavit
    (Uttara Gita .. 24)
    తైలధారామివాచ్ఛిన్నం దీర్ఘఘంటానినాదవత్
    అవాచ్యం ప్రణవస్యాగ్రం యస్తం వేద స వేదవిత్
    (ఉత్తరగీత .. 24)
tailadhaaraamivaachchhinnam deerghaghant'aaninaadavat - when you bell the bell, when you ring the bell, you will be getting a beautiful sound. That sound will be maximum initially, but it will gradually fades away and it will end at one point. Like that, if you go on doing this pranayama, this sound will go upwards and it will reach the Atman, where it will be stopped. That's why, he is telling that, yato yato nishcharati manashchanchalamasthiram - if when the mind is meta me, movable, take it back and keep this mind on the sound, avaachyam pranavasyaagram - that end point of the sound cannot be told by the voice. avaachyam pranavasyaagram yastam veda sa vedavit - one who knows that, he is the vedaveththa. Not by uttering the all these chants. the vedaveththa is a perfect Yogi can only experience that the end state of the sound.
    omityekaaksharam brahma vyaaharanmaamanusmaran
    (Srimath Bhagavad Gita .. 8-13)
    ఓమిత్యేకాక్షరం బ్రహ్మ వ్యాహరన్మామనుస్మరన్
    (శ్రీమత్ భగవద్గీత .. 8-13)
Like that he is going to mention in the eight chapter also. Here also you have to take it back your mind and keep it inside and go on doing pranayama. So this is the practical difficulty of a yogi. Never bother about the thoughts. You, Your duty only to catch the life force. Don't worry about the mind or thoughts. If you do that, naturally the mind will be just roaming around you only. It will no, no, it will never go far away. So in that way you can control.
    yato yato nishcharati manashchanchalamasthiram
    tatastato niyamyaitadaatmanyeva vasham nayet
In that way you have to merge your mind into Atman by doing yogam.
