If you look at it like this The normal ending is the Bad Ending, 106 is gone, and so are the cycle facility, however, how do we know the Syndicate won't just create another facility, whatever their goal is, trial and error through the events of the game and prevent from creating another supersoldier with emotions as 106 was too powerful for them to Handle although Horizon is gone now and iirc the data 106 sent from to the drones, may get leaked to the public, possibly causing an unrest of some sort. The Secret Ending is the good ending because 106's consciouness isn't lost, Syndicate lost their facility and if they're still operational, then the threat ain't dealt with yet, this time 106 will be re-created and this time revenge on the true traitors, the Syndicate
correct however the red name leads me to believe that horizon is not as dead as we thought it to be think about it why was there so few blacksites if they really were trying to create something destructive? it just doesn't make sense they had so much money and they even mention that the equipment is cheap so why aren't their more? its likely taskforce 27 doesn't know everything as far as we know the cycle is indeed broken and what happens next we have no idea , also the there is a easter egg with dead TF27 soldiers hung around a tree out of view it is possible that they were the pilots or previous ones that got caught having emotions towards 106 and others
Something that hit me just now - is that 106's revival (potentially along with Anton's own - after all he too was reached out to by the unknown cycle-breaker party, and likely had his memories recorded), has been foreshadowed in the very first mission! Site 14 has been attempting to transplant 106's memories into other people to gain his knowledge of the Syndicate (which only served to make the recipients insane), and another document details that digitizing someone's consciousness *is possible*, and has been considered by Horizon itself, it just requires tremendous amounts of resources. With 106's consciousness being recorded by the unknown party, we may be actually looking at a timeskip to a point where the method has been refined, or someone else gained access to it! Our favourite cyberpsycho may last remember interacting with the drone, but in reality decades may have passed, with the Syndicate only having grown.

@@silentstalking I think, the idea that we can conclude from the ending is that Horizon was just a rouge Syndicate asset. As for the Jorvik Castle, we can't know. I guess they don't want to keep them alive for too long in case if they start to figure out some stuff, this way it's easier to control them. Just a guess
The cycle seems to be a process by which the Syndicate iterates on their perfect soldiers/agents. The subject is built, used for their purpose, and eventually decommissioned as the next one is improved from there. The whole process is about testing and iterating. They seem to be trying to keep only one active at a time to minimize the chance of subjects turning on them - as multiple working together could be dangerous to the Syndicate. At the end, 106 is observed to have too much cognitive dissonance (as mentioned in the final mission drone) and the Syndicate is heavily worried about his reliability as a soldier. As such, they try to decommission him and - when it fails - release their 107 prototype to take him down.
