  • This lecture gives a brief idea about types of protection in generator. Then it describes the circulating current/Mertz-price differential protection and its limitations. Further, it explains high impedance differential protection and discusses a numerical problem on it.

    Sir,
    At 26:26 of the video there is a small calculation error. Actual fault current is 111565A. But actual current given is 11565 A
