Hey, just a little note on this quiz-- it is meant to be a little silly and pretty informal. Please don't feel discouraged if you don't recognise the costumes or the costume shown wasn't the costume you had seen at a performance. I personally find costume design interesting and thought that it would be a little light-hearted quiz and a bit of a change from the usual musical quiz topics.
If you are struggling, I would suggest looking at the small details, colour pallet or silhouette instead of trying to identify a specific character.
Pretty fun quiz, super cool seeing all of the designs. Only got 7 but I enjoyed it! :)

Loooool, not going to lie-- I almost put Sweeney Todd in immediately after but thought that would be cruel. I think the general aesthetic of Eurydice feels like it could fit in either musical.

For sure a tricky quiz that is certainly a respectable score. You certainly know your musical costumes!
What I found interesting is that you included costume design for "Madame Butterfly" and I guessed its Broadway counterpart, "Miss Saigon!" I saw the elaborate costume design for Carmen, but guessed "Phantom of the Opera" because of Carlotta and Piangi's "Hannibal" outfits in the first part of the show. The only actual opera costume I got right was "Pirates of Penzance." 😂😂 "Cats" and "Lion King" were easy ones for me.
I also laughed at myself when I guessed a guy's "SpongeBob" design as one possibly for "Shrek". 😂😂😂
Realistically I probably should have given a half point for guessing miss saigon since the costumes are quite similar. I absolutely love the Hannibal outfits from PotO, I completely get where you are coming from on that. Thanks so much for playing :)
