Loved this video buddy. I don’t trap fur but I certainly love watching those out at it. Lots of great tips too buddy for other folks at it. Take Care and good luck with it.
Looks like a great start to the trapping season..........looking forward to what you get at those traps..........a great lunch there with the bacon and tea............I prefer the real cheese instead of the plastic stuff.......LOL........great vid!
Cheers you got nice sets there you did a great job with the foot holds, it's awesome when you go to a set and got a coyote by the lag. i got 5 set out today hoping to get a few more out tomorrow. take care and good luck with trapping this year
This video was great! I miss trapping. It was one of the most fun things I ever did. Eventually I gave up big game hunting for more trapping time. I traded fur/pelts/skins for meat. I’d rather be setting and checking traps than sitting around waiting for a bear or deer (no moose where I was) to cross my path. Also, I’m not really good at the whole “being quiet” thing 😂
You should do a video on the contents of your trapping kit there and then maybe at the end of the season or end of next season do a review and upgrades to it and things you’ve learned etc. Greetings from North Carolina 🇺🇸😊
I did the trappers course few years back and never did get at it , I learned more from your video than I did on the training lol. Probably because I was paying more attention to you lol. You looks professional to me my buddy, well except for the almost blooper lol. If we can't laugh at ourselves who can we laugh at lol. That drill got some torque, There's a lot to setting up those leg holds , I don't think we covered setting those at all in the course I did. Great gift from your uncle there nice stove indeed, definitely going to get used and lots of feeds come on it. Thanks for shout out my buddy , I loves me spruce tea lol, actually I put Darrell on to it lol. Yep nothing like bacon 🥓 while you're waiting lol. Good luck with traps (I did see the picture so I know at lease one is coming lol) Have a great week my buddy
That's cool. I don't know nothing about trapping but it's very interesting. I see that you use these long blue gloves. Is it for keep yourself dry or for manage your sent or maybe both? Thanks for sharing. Pat

hope you have a great season, and any trapper who has not been caught in his own trap hasn't been trapping very long.
