Its stained because of the specific pigment used. Vegan formulas do tend to stain unfortunately. The look is so beautiful though! And I really love the brown eyes 😍
But if it was a stain, it would be the colour of the eye shadow, red skin is irritated skin :S
Kerri eyeshadow colours aren’t just made up of one pigment. There will be multiple different pigments in that particular colour, one of which will be red.
Kerri even if that was the case then she should have stuff written down everyone gets irritated from something I get madly irritated from tarte and Clinique but it doesn’t hurt or doesn’t do anything serious I have gentle skin everything irritates me but idccc not Jeffrey’s fault it’s not hers either it’s just different people have different problems
Yup. That happened to me with the purple in Alien. It look red. Its stain, not irritation. Pinks in the James Charles and Anastasia do that also.
My eye got stained like that from that same blue eyeshadow and I never react to anything glad I wasn’t the only one I was getting worried 😳

Staining is not uncommon in vegan formulas. JS usually gives a little warning about some of his shadows staining.
Ocean ice is a pressed pigment👌👍
That's why it stained your skin and gave you some nice eyeliner😂
Wouldnt it stain blue then? Rather than leave a red mark
@@lisabaker3233 it depends everyone's skin absorbs stuff differently. She put down that concealer beforehand as well. Any makeup artists knows a pressed pigment will stain your skin...

The stain is expected because it is a pressed pigment formula.. like ABH also use with some colours, but it is per person different if it will stain or not..
Blue eyeshadow's of good quality are extremely difficult to make and therefore a noticeable colour to fall in the group that can stain..
And like you I am always and always will be drawn to blue eyeshadow's and that Jeffrey made a palette... well, he has made a big group mega happy 🤗😎
