Greetings from England. Yes, I would advise you book all your A la Carte visits both dinners and lunches as soon as you check in (to avoid "complications"). You have to do it yourself using a touch screen computer which proved to be slow and annoying or you can ask at the booking desk (easier to ask at the booking desk for them to book it for you). Apologies for the delay in replying! No, not all the cocktails. Premium brand alcohol were extra but the local brands were included which was just as good!👍
How does it work for excursions? are they paid separately? Are there enough to do or are they limited? Can you rent a car if you want? Thank you. I would be interested in going there for a week in July but I'm afraid that if there aren't many excursions we'll get bored, what about the sea in July?
The resort offer some excursions and they also have external companies that offer excursions on sale there as well so you won’t be out of choices. They are paid for separately. You can rent a car again paid for separately. The seas in July is calm and great. I hope you enjoy your stay, we had a great time there and will definitely recommend it 👍

Thank you very much 🙏🏽. Mitsis Blue Domes was the only hotel in the complex which was opened during my stay . The others were closed due to covid.
